The limits, plainly
In medicine what matters is not what you were promised, but what nobody could promise. So we say four things up front.
No one can guarantee the outcome of treatment — and we will not. The doctor will say plainly what you should not expect in your case.
We do not diagnose remotely and do not prescribe treatment. That is done by the clinic doctors after an in-person examination.
Sometimes the right answer is «do not come». If your documents show the programme is not indicated, you will be told so.
Some conditions make flying inadvisable, or are better treated at home. We will say so before you buy a ticket.

Where do I start if I want treatment in Hainan?+
Send a request — a coordinator will contact you and agree a secure channel for your records and examinations; we never accept medical records through the website or messengers. We then pass them to the relevant clinics in Boao Lecheng, obtain the doctors’ opinions and propose options with a plan and an estimate.
Where is Boao Lecheng and how do I get there from Sanya?+
The zone is in Qionghai on Hainan’s east coast, about 200 km from Sanya. From Sanya you take the high-speed train to Boao station or drive; the clinics are about 10 minutes from the station. We arrange the transfer and accommodation.
Do I need a visa for treatment in Hainan?+
Nationals of 61 countries can enter Hainan visa-free for up to 30 days, and medical treatment is one of the permitted purposes. Longer treatment needs a visa — we will advise which.
Can I combine treatment with a holiday?+
Yes. Many programmes are outpatient: procedures at the clinic, nights at a hotel. We plan the logistics so that treatment in Boao and recovery by the sea in Sanya do not get in each other’s way.
Do I need to know my exact diagnosis already?+
Not necessarily. You can come for advanced diagnostics and a check-up — the clinic’s doctors will carry out the examination and determine the next steps. We will help arrange that too.
How much does treatment cost?+
The cost depends on the clinic, the programme and its scope. We agree the estimate in advance, before the trip — with no hidden charges. We give an indicative cost once a doctor has assessed the case.
Will there be an interpreter at the clinic?+
Yes. A medical interpreter and a personal coordinator are with you — at appointments, examinations and in conversation with the doctors. No language barrier at any stage.
Can I come with a companion?+
