The entire ground side of the visit, and one company answerable for it. You set the agenda — we make sure what you planned happens on schedule: arrival, transport, accommodation, interpreters, venues and coordination on site.
We work on the island ourselves: our own guides, our own vehicles, direct hotel rates. When something slips, one company answers for it — not a chain of subcontractors.
Arrival and transport
The group is met at Sanya airport. Vehicles are assigned to the visit for its full length, not ordered trip by trip.
Accommodation
A room block at direct rates, rooms allocated to your rooming list, early check-in and late check-out agreed in advance.
Interpreters
Russian, English, Chinese. For negotiations we assign an interpreter who studies the subject of the meeting beforehand.
Venues
Meeting rooms, restaurants for receptions, equipment and technical support — chosen for the type of event and the number of participants.
Coordinator on site
One person runs the visit end to end and stays reachable throughout. Changes to the programme go through them.
A second option
We hold a reserve for transport, venue and catering. Weather and traffic on the island are a working condition, not grounds to lose a day.

The composition of the group, the itinerary and the content of meetings are discussed with no one but the client and are never published. We do not accept participant lists, passport or medical documents through the website or messengers — a separate channel for those is agreed after the contract.
