Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Data

My name; contact details (phone, WhatsApp or e-mail); the subject of my request; the text of my message; the address of the website page from which the request was sent; the time it was sent; and information I share with a manager in further correspondence or conversation in order to select and arrange a trip.

2. Purposes of processing

Responding to my request; selecting and arranging a trip, excursions, accommodation or a medical programme; communicating with me about my booking.

3. Actions with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Transfer outside Russia

I have been informed that the operator is located in the PRC and that my data are transferred outside the Russian Federation: to the operator in the PRC; to the Telegram messenger — into the operator’s private work chats where requests are delivered; to the hosting provider Vercel Inc., on whose servers the website runs; and to service providers in the PRC (hotels, guides, carriers, medical organisations) — only to the extent needed for a booking, if I decide to use a service.

5. Validity and withdrawal of consent

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it by writing to info@mango-tour.com. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days, unless it has other lawful grounds for processing.

This consent does not cover information about health: processing it requires separate written consent (Article 10 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”).
