The legend of "The Deer Looked Back"
According to an ancient Li legend, a hunter pursued a deer to the southern shore of Hainan. At the top of the mountain the deer looked back and turned into a beautiful maiden. So arose one of the most romantic stories of the island and the symbol of Sanya — the finest place for beautiful photos and the story of the city.
